If you experience one of the problems listed below please call us as soon as you discover the problem so that we may remedy it. Please be aware that any problem not listed below is not covered by our 30-day exchange policy. If you do experience a problem other than the one listed below please call one of our service agents and we will try our best to resolve it.

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return auto parts that:

Are in their original packaging

Have not been used, installed or disassembled

Are not damaged due to improper installation

Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions

We will issue a full refund for any returned auto parts when your return meets the above requirements, less our 15% restocking fee.

The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part.

All other situations require the customer to pay the cost of return shipping and a 15% restocking fee from the refund.

Warranty Policy: All these parts must be installed by a professional mechanic and to replace. This warranty does not apply to products damaged due to negligence, misuse, improper installation, or abuse by the customer or the mechanic. This warranty shall also be invalid if any products part has been removed, defaced, altered or lost any accessories You send the part for replacement including payment for the shipping cost for shipping back. When the warranty part arrives at our location and after inspection if the part defective, we will send you another part. If any part is worn-out or fails for any reason, we have no liability for any expenses . all expenses for towing charges, legal fees, rental cars, labor cost or any other expenses that couldn't be our responsibility. you must provide us all information of your vehicle (Make, Model, Year or VIN number) before place your order if you're not completely sure that it will fit your vehicle.
